二甲硅油散在上消化道内镜检查中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨二甲硅油散在上消化道内镜检查中的应用价值。方法选取2012年4月-2012年8月在我院腹腔镜中心接受普通胃镜检查的患者832例,根据是否服用二甲硅油散,连续入组并随机分为A组(二甲硅油散组:416例)及B组(正常对照组:416例),对比观察内镜下上消化道黏膜视野清晰度、病变的诊断率、内镜检查时间及评估药物副作用等,从而探讨二甲硅油散在上消化道内镜检查中的应用价值。结果 A组内镜下上消化道不同部位的黏膜视野清晰度均明显高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组内镜下对上消化道≤0.5 cm的病变诊断率明显高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但对于较大病变(>0.5 cm)的诊断率组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组相比于B组,内镜检查时间明显缩短(P<0.05);二甲硅油散无明显副作用。结论二甲硅油散可以作为上消化道内镜检查前的辅助用药。Objective To discuss the value of Dimethicone powder in the upper gastrointestinal tract under endoscopy. Methods 832 patients who received common endoscopy examination in the endoscopy center of our hospital from Apr. 2012 to Aug. 2012 were recruited into this study. The patients were randomly divided into two groups： group A （5 g Dimethicone powder plus water up to 30 ml） and group B （30 ml water）. The endoscopic mucosal visibility, diagnosis rate, total examination time and adverse effects of medications were compared. Results The patients in group A showed significantly more clear endoscopic mucosal visibility than group B （P 〈 0.05 ） ; for the lesion less than 0.5 cm, the diagnosis rate in group A was higher than that in group B （P 〈 0.05） , but for the lesion more than 0.5 cm, there was no difference between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Compared with group B, group A used shorter examination time （P 〈 0. 05） ; Dimethicone powder had no obviously adverse effects. Conclusion Dimethicone powder can be used as premedication in upper gastrointestinal under endoscopy.
