舒胃消疡胶囊对大鼠慢性胃炎的治疗作用

摘　　要：目的研究舒胃消疡胶囊对大鼠慢性胃炎的治疗效果。方法用酒精和脱氧胆酸钠联合造模3个月复制大鼠慢性胃炎模型,并设空白对照组。给药后对各组大鼠进行胃液分析,测定血清IL-1β、IL-8及TNF-α的变化,并观察胃的病理组织改变。结果与模型组相比,舒胃消疡胶囊各组均能减轻胃组织的病理变化;舒胃消疡胶囊能降低胃液pH值,提高胃蛋白酶活性;舒胃消疡胶囊可以降低血清IL-1β、IL-8和TNF-α含量。结论舒胃消疡胶囊对治疗慢性胃炎有一定的作用。Objective To study the effect of Shuwei capsule on chronic gastritis in rats. Methods The models of chronic gastritis in rats were made by alcohol and sodium deoxycholate about 3 months. After administration to rats, the gastric juice was analyzed, the IL-1β, IL-8 and TNF-α in serum and the pathological changes of stomach were measured. Results Compared with the model group, Shuwei capsule group reduced the pathological changes of gastric tissue. Shuwei capsule decreased the pH value of gastric juice and increased the activity of pepsin. Shuwei capsule decreased the serum levels of IL-1β, IL-8 and TNF-α contents. Conclusion The Shuwei capsule has a certain effect on chronic gastritis in rats.
