320排动态容积CT血管造影对眼动脉起源的观察

摘　　要：【目的】探讨异常起源眼动脉的320排动态容积CT血管造影表现及临床意义。【方法】对66例患者眼动脉进行320排动态容积CT血管造影,对图像进行三维重建,观察眼动脉的起源和变异。【结果】66例患者.共124侧眼动脉均清晰显示。起源于颈内动脉有120侧,分别起源于颈内动脉终段、床突上段、前膝段、海绵窦段和岩骨段。起源于脑膜中动脉有4侧。多平面重建、曲面重建、最大密度投影法及容积再现4种重建方法显示眼动脉起源部位的能力近似,均能较好地显示眼动脉根部与颈内动脉之间的关系。【结论】320排动态容积CT血管造影能够显示眼动脉的起源和变异,为影像诊断和介入治疗以及眼科、显微外科、神经外科等手术方案的制定提供解剖学依据。[Objective] To investigate the anatomical and clinical significance of 320-detector row CT angiography of the abnormal origin ophthalmic artery.[Methods] 66 patients underwent 320-detector row CT angiography.The obtained thin-slice images were reformatted by using maximum intensity projection,curved planar reformation and volume rendering to evaluate ophthalmic artery.The origin and variation of the ophthalmic arteries were assessed.[Results] The ophthalmic artery of 120 sides arose from internal carotid artery,and respectively originated from the terminal,supraclinoid,siphonate,cavemous,petrous segment of internal carotid artery.4 sides originated from the middle meningeal artery.The ability in detecting the ophthalmic artery origin by MPR,CPR,MIP and VR was near same,and the relation of the root of the ophthalmic artery and internal carotid arteries were shown well.[Conclusion] 320-detector row CT angiography could accurately demonstrate the origin and variation of the ophthalmic artery,therefore it is helpful to provide anatomic basis for imaging diagnosis,interventional therapy and surgery by studying the anatomy of ophthalmic artery.
