中西医结合治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎疗效。方法 90例(98眼)单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者,按随机数字表方法随机分为西药组44例和中西医结合组46例。西药组治疗采取局部滴用阿昔洛韦、羟苄唑滴眼液,每2小时交替滴眼。中西医结合组在西药治疗的基础上,予中药自拟方,日1剂,水煎服。3周为1个疗程,共治2个疗程。结果治疗组总有效率96%、对照组总有效率75%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗病毒性角膜炎疗效优于单纯西药组。OBJECTIVE To observe the curative effect of the therapy integrated Chinese and Western medicine for herpes simplex keratitis. METHODS Ninety cases of herpes simplex keratitis were randomly divided into treatment group 46 cases and control group 44 cases. The treatment group in western medicine was given topical acyclovir, Hydrobenzole eye drops, each 2H alternating eye drops, Chinese medicine to Chinese medicine with self-made Decoction, daily 1 agent. The control group for the routine treatment of western medicine topical acyclovir, Hydrobenzole eye drops, each 2H alternating eye drops, 3 weeks for 1 courses, 2 courses of treatment. RESULTS The total effective rate of treatment group was 96% while the control group was 75%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSIONS The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine had better curative effect, less side effects and worth popularizing.
