摘　　要：文章研究了现行的三种业绩评价系统的发展历程以及我国业绩评价系统的不足,并提出了构建业绩评价系统的具体改进思路,具有一定的参考价值。Based on a study of the course of development of the three kinds of current performance evaluation system as well as the defects of China’s evaluation system,this article puts forward the principles for its construction,which has great reference value.
