摘　　要：快速公交是一种快速、准点、安全的运输系统,具有投资小、建设周期短和发展弹性等优势,能顺应我国大、中城市交通发展的特点。绩效作为衡量企业经营管理成败的重要标准,在公交企业也不例外。根据快速公交企业的行业特点,从投入、产出的角度出发建立快速公交线路绩效评价DEA模型。基于此模型对某市BRT公司的13条线路运营绩效进行评估,并对结果进行综合分析及提出改善建议。Characterized by low cost, short construction cycle and flexible development, Bus Rapid Transit （BRT） is a fast, punctual and safe transportation system, and corresponds to the urban development characteristic of China. The Performance for operating BRT system can be an evaluation method, and can also reflect the level of efficiency. A comprehensive assessment model based on Data Envelopment Analysis （DEA） is presented to evaluate performance of the BRT system this papers, and evaluate 13 BRT lines operating efficiency in a city, then comprehensive analysis of the results and make a corresponding transformation measures.
