摘　　要：运用合作博弈理论,对科技企业孵化器网络主要行为主体———孵化器、企业、创投,参与合作网络的行为进行分析,讨论影响博弈达到理想状态的因素。研究表明,信息不对称、投资报酬率低、投资风险大是合作者可能退出网络的重要原因。针对这种情况,提出了加大对参与孵化网络的财税支持,建立信息沟通平台,建设良好的孵化网络内投资环境和风险保障体系等措施以激励合作孵化行为。This article examines the relationship among the main network constitute government, enterprises and financial institutions in the process of carbon trading, and establishes a game model to study the optimal choices and the balanced station. Based on the analysis of the relevant factors, this article discussed the problems and put for- ward policy recommendations, with a view to improve the incubator network construction.
