摘　　要：就需求侧政策内涵以及阶段性特征加以分析,并总结战略性新兴产业发展各阶段供给及需求侧培育政策应如何配合应用,进一步构建新形势下的需求侧政策体系,并以太阳能光伏产业为例具体实践,为今后制定战略性新兴产业发展政策提供思路和建议。it analyses the implication of demand--side policy as well as its characteristics of several stages, and summarizes how to apply demand--side policies and supply--side policies in the development of strategic emerging industries in various stages. It builds a demand--side cultivating mode of the new economic situation, studies the case of solar photovoltaic industry, and provides some suggestions for the future development of strategic emerging industries.
