摘　　要：分析了科研单位与企业在医药产业合作中存在的问题,就如何加强科企之间的合作与横向技术转移提出了对策。The problems in cooperation between scientific research institutions and medical industry were analyzed with certain measures put forward for their intensive cooperation and horizontal technical transformation.
