摘　　要：通过文献调研、专家咨询了解科技查新工作过程中的各项质量影响因素,汇集分析出科技查新质量评价指标初选集,然后通过2轮专家调查,分别利用灰色理论中的灰类决策系数法筛选出关键评价指标,灰色关联度分析法确定各指标权重,最终构建了包括查新资源、查新队伍、查新报告、业务管理4个一级指标15个二级指标的科技查新质量评价指标体系。The influence factors for the novelty assessment of scientific literature were investigated by surveying literature and consulting experts, through which the scientific literature novelty assessment index was determined. The key assessment index was screened out using the grey decision-making strategy, and the weight of different indexes was measured by grey coefficient analysis. The grey theory-based novelty assessment index system for scientific litera- ture was constructed, which includes 4 class A indexes and 15 class B indexes for novelty assessment resources, novelty assessment team, novelty assessment report and service management.
