摘　　要：强化学生的实践能力是我国高等教育事业培养学生专业技能的重要手段,也是国家"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的核心内容。不动产估价人才的培养应当以工程师培养模式为依据,结合国内外不动产估价执业要求,从课程体系优化、实践教学探索和教学效果考核三个方面对《不动产估价》课程进行改革与实践探索。Strengthening the students＇ practical ability is an important means China＇s higher education develops the students＇ professional skills and also the core content of the national ＂Excellence Engineers＇ Education ＆ Train- ing Program＂. We should base the professionals training of real estate share price on the engineer training model, com- bine the requirement of domestic and foreign real estate share price practice, and reform and explore the ＂Real Estate Share Price＂ course in such three aspects as the course system optimization, the practical teaching probe and the teaching effect assessment.
