摘　　要：大学民主与大学道德关系密切,民主制度蕴涵着鲜明的道德性,道德为民主制度的完善与发展提供了内在动力。由于工具理性的泛滥、大学民主理念的偏离、知识价值作用形式的异化,以及民主程序中的制度缺失,使得当下大学民主乃至民主制度呈现出道德失范的问题。当前,要从制度公正与道德关怀两个向度进行大学民主制度的伦理性建构。The university democracy and the university morality are closely related to each other. The democratic institution implies the distinct moral nature and the morality provides the intrinsic motivation for the perfection and development of the democratic system. Due to the proliferation of instrumental rationality, the deviation of the democratic ideal of university, the alienation of the value of knowledge in the form of action and the absence of system in democratic procedures, the current university democracy and even the democratic system show the problem of moral anomie. At present, we should construct ethically the democratic institution of university in the two directions of the systematic justice and the moral concern.
