某农业院校大学生水痘患者116例患病规律调查及临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨高校大学生水痘患病规律,为预防和控制大学生水痘在校内流行提供有益经验。方法对某高校116例大学生水痘患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果某高校大学生2008—2011年中以2009年患病人数最多（34.48%）;以冬季（12~2月份）和春季（3~5月份）为发病高峰;临床表现在出现皮疹前大多有不同程度头痛、咽痛、咳嗽、发热或不伴发热等症状,发病1~3 d分批出现皮疹。116例患者除5例转上级医院治疗外,其余均于治疗1周左右全身症状消失,皮疹干燥结痂,体温正常,痊愈,无并发症。结论成人水痘前驱期时间长,全身症状明显,类似上呼吸道感染,易误、漏诊。应重视成人水痘的危害性,增强防范意识,及早作出正确诊断,防患于未然。Objective To probe the occurrence regularity of chicken pox among the college students to provide the ef- fective experiences for preventing and controlling the prevalence of chicken pox in campus. Methods The retrospective analysis of 116 college students with chicken pox from January 2008 to December 2011 were performed. Results Among the college stu- dents during 2008-2011, the patients were most in 2009 （34.48%）;the winter （December to February） and the spring were the high peak of occurrence ; the clinical manifestations exhibited various degrees of head ache, sore throat, cough, fever or non-fever before skin rashes appearance, skin rashes appeared in turn on 1-3 d. Among 116 cases of chicken pox, 5 cases were transfered to the superior hospital for treatment, and the systemic symptoms in the rest cases disappeared after 1-week treatment, skin was dry- ing with scab,the body temperature was normal,and all cases were cured without complications. Conclusion The prodromal stage of chicken pox in adults has a long time with apparent systemic symptoms ,which is similar to respiratory tract infection and easi- ly to be misdiagnosed or missed diagnosis. The hazard of chicken pox in adults should be emphasized, and the awareness of prevention should be strengthened for making the correct diagnosis as soon as possible and taking the preventative measures if necessary.
