美国普通州立大学海外学生教育管理实践研究——以塞勒姆州立大学(SSU)为例

摘　　要：美国普通州立大学在海外学生管理方面经验丰富。以塞勒姆州立大学为例,该校在争取生源、海外项目拓展方式,特别是留学生教育管理方面有许多实践特色。通过多元渠道拓展海外项目、利用社区力量参与留学生教育、文化适应教育和语言课程的设置等许多方面都体现了美国海外留学生教育管理的特色,这些为我国留学生教育提供了可资借鉴的有益经验。American state universities have rich experiences in organizing overseas student educational programs, specifically in attracting overseas students, expanding the overseas project and treating overseas students affairs. Different channels are involved in expanding the overseas project; communi- ties take part in overseas education; acculturation and language courses are included in the course set- ting. All these are of referential significance for the overseas student education in China.
