摘　　要：笔者结合辽宁中医药大学设置医学信息工程专业实践,对医学信息工程这一新兴专业的概况、专业设置的必要性和创新性、创办经验等进行了细致阐述,并对该学科的长远发展进行了深入思考与剖析。Combining with the practice of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine which set up medical information engineering, The author detailed the general situation of the medical information engineering, Necessity and innovation of the subject, founder of experience, etc, thinking and analysing deeply long-term development of the subject.
