摘　　要：江西应用技术职业学院按照高端技能型人才培养需求,在学院立达科技开发总公司建立了"内源型"工学结合实训基地。在实训基地建设过程中对实训基地的管理模式、运行方式、建设内容等进行了有益探索,探索了一条高职院校工学结合实训基地建设的新途径。In accordance with the requirements for high skilled talents cultivation,Jiangxi college of Applied Technology has established a practical training base with work-integrated learning and self-supported type features on basis of Lida Technology Development Corporation.In the process of construction of practical training base,we has made useful explorations in many aspects of the practical training base,such as management pattern,operation mode and construction content.A new development way for the construction of practice training bases with work-integrated learning feature in higher vocational colleges has been explored.
