摘　　要：预就业是紫金矿业学院作为校企合作办学产物的特色之一,能够增强企业与学生的相互了解,符合社会发展对人才的要求。本文通过分析总结"紫金模式"下预就业工作的意义、内容和成果,为进一步开展预就业工作提供参考。The pre-employment is one of the characteristics of college of Zijin Mining as the result of the school-enterprise cooperation,which can promote mutual understanding between the enterprises and the students and meets the requirements of social development for talents.On the basis of analyzing the significance,contents and achievements about the pre-employment on Zijin mode,we can provides the references for further developing the pre-employment.
