中医辅助治疗抑郁性神经症患者的案例研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医对抑郁神经症治疗中的治愈促进作用及治愈效果的稳定作用。方法:选取一抑郁神经症患者一例,根据其中医学背景较容易理解接纳中医身体调理的特征,在心理咨询过程中用中药进行身体调理。并对其治愈效果进行检测。结果:此次经过一年的持续心理咨询,期间配合中医不间断调理身体,求助者身心状况明显好转,抑郁、焦虑症状消失,经过三年观察,该求助者抑郁症状没有再复发。结论:中医药辅助心理咨询治愈抑郁神经症的案例表明,中医辅助治疗从彻底根除病症方面具有较好的效果。Objective： To investigate the stability of the healing effect in treating depressive neurosis in TCM. Methods： A patient with depressive neurosis was selected, to understand and adopt the characteristics of the TCM physical conditioning based on the background of TCM, and to regulate body in TCM in the process of psychological. The cure effect was detected. Results： During psychological consultation, patient was given TCM for a year, the physical and mental status of patient had improved, depression, and anxiety symptoms had disappeared. To observe the depressive symptoms of the patient did not recrudescence, in three years. Conclusion： There was a great efficacy for TCM adjuvant psychological counseling to radical eradicates the depressive neurosis.
