针刺治疗脑卒中后抑郁穴位选择文献研究

摘　　要：脑卒中后抑郁为脑血管病常见并发症,针刺可有效抗抑郁,具有疗效显著、副作用小、简便易行等特点,能提高患者生活质量,有助于脑卒中后神经功能康复。根据近几年针灸文献卒中后抑郁选穴统计,使用频率较高穴位依次为:太冲、百会、内关、四神聪等,诸穴配伍可共奏醒脑开窍、解郁疏肝、理气调神,对卒中后抑郁起到治疗作用。A common complication of depression after stroke and cerebrovascular,Acupuncture can play an effective antidepressant effect,have a significant effect,side effects、simple features,improve the quality of life in patients with,contribute to post-stroke neurological rehabilitation.According to the recent years,the selection of points of acupuncture literature stroke depression statistics,use the highest frequency of a few points,Taichong Baihui Neiguan Sishencong and so on,compatibility of various points can be played a total of CROO Jieyu Shugan qi tune god,play a therapeutic role for post-stroke depression.
