云梦秦简及唐以前关于疠疡(麻风病)的资料记载对中医外科学的意义

摘　　要：通过古代发掘出土的秦代简牍,发现了秦代官方文件中记录关于疠疡的诊断要点及处置刑律,反映了秦代社会对疠疡患者的恐惧和残酷处置,改变了目前通常认为唐以前缺乏疠疡历史文献记录的现状,补充了中医外科发展史的内容,对于我们进一步研究疠疡提供了重要信息。Through the study of the unearthed Qin bamboo texts,the author found the key points of diagnosis of leprosy and the laws concerning the punishment of lepers recorded in the official documents of Qin,which demonstrated that in Qin dynasty people were frightened of lepers and treated them cruelly.Meanwhile,the findings changed the conventional opinion that there was a lack of written records on leprosy before Tang dynasty,supplemented the development history of traditional Chinese medicine surgery（TCM Surgery）,and provided important information to our further research on leprosy.
