养正消积胶囊结合化疗治疗原发性肝癌临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察养正消积胶囊治疗原发性肝癌的临床疗效。方法将80例原发性肝癌患者随机分为两组,各40例;对照组给予常规介入化疗,治疗组在常规介入化疗基础上结合口服养正消积胶囊,疗程4周。观察两组治疗前后瘤体疗效、Karnofsky评分和甲胎蛋白水平变化。结果治疗后,治疗组实体瘤疗效和生存质量(Karnofsky评分)疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),两组甲胎蛋白水平均明显降低(P<0.05)。结论养正消积胶囊有助于缩小原发性肝癌瘤体,提高生存质量。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Yangzheng Xiaoji Capsule＂ in the treatment of primary liver cancer.Methods Eighty subjects were randomized into two groups： control group in which 40 cases were treated by interventional chemotherapy and treatment group in which 40 cases were treated by interventional chemotherapy and ＂Yangzheng Xiaoji Capsule＂,with a course of four weeks.The clinical efficacy for solid tumor,Karnofsky score and α-fetal protein（AFP） level were observed.Results After treatment,the clinical efficacy for solid tumor and Karnofsky score were better in the treatment group than in the control group（P0.05,P0.01）,and the AFP levels were decreased in both groups（P0.05）.Conclusion ＂Yangzheng Xiaoji Capsule＂ helps reduce the solid tumor and improve quality of life in patients with primary liver cancer.
