益气康复方结合西医常规疗法对乳腺癌术后早期康复的影响

摘　　要：目的观察益气康复方结合西医常规疗法对乳腺癌术后患者早期康复的临床疗效。方法将76例病例随机分为治疗组(38例)和对照组(38例),两组术后均予西医常规治疗措施,治疗组于术后第1天加服益气康复方。两组疗程均为10天,观察中医证候疗效、卡氏评分(KPS)疗效及伤口引流量、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平变化情况。结果治疗组中医证候及卡氏评分总有效率分别为89.5%、86.9%,对照组分别为76.3%、71.0%;治疗组中医证候疗效及卡氏评分疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组切口引流量少于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后CRP水平均明显降低(P<0.05),组间治疗后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气康复方能显著改善乳腺癌患者术后早期临床症状,降低手术应激反应,促进术后体力恢复和切口愈合。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Yiqi Kangfu Deocition＂ for the treatment of postoperative breast cancer at early period.Methods Seventy-six cases were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group in which 38 cases were treated by ＂Yiqi Kangfu Decoction＂,and control group in which 38 cases were treated by western medicine therapy.After 10 days of treatment,the clinical efficacy was evaluated.The TCM symptom score,KPS score,wound drainage and CRP level were observed.Results There were significant differences in symptom score,CRP level between before and after treatment in each group,and significant differences were found between the two groups after treatment（P0.05）;after treatment,there were significant differences in KPS score and wound drainage between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion ＂Yiqi Kangfu Decoction＂ can alleviate the clinical symptoms in postoperative patients with breast cancer and can decrease the surgical stress response,promote physical recovery after operation and wound healing.
