隔药灸联合中西药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的为观察隔药灸联合中西药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法将160例患者分为两组,治疗组给予隔药灸联合中西药保留灌肠,对照组给予中西药保留灌肠,观察两组患者治疗前后的临床症状改善程度及结肠镜检结果。结果隔药灸联合中西药保留灌肠组疗效(90.7%),明显优于对照组(60.9%),P<0.05。结论隔药灸联合中西药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎有较满意的疗效。Objective To retain the curative effect in the treatment of ulcerative colitis enema for observation of moxibustion combined with western medicine. Methods 160 patients were divided into two groups, treatment group was given medicine retention enema moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, the control group was given retention enema, observes the clinical symptoms before and after treatment in the two groups was the degree of improvement and colonoscopy results. Results The western medicine retention medicine-separated moxibustion combined with enema group curative effect （90.7%）, significantly better than the control group （60.9%）, P〈0.05. Conclusion Moxibustion combined with Western Medicine Retention Enema in treatment of ulcerative colitis has satisfactory therapeutic effects.
