摘　　要：目的探讨柳氮磺吡啶栓治疗溃疡性直肠炎的临床疗效。方法将本院收治的溃疡性直肠炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予患者柳氮磺吡啶栓进行治疗,对照组给予口服柳氮磺胺吡啶片,对比观察临床疗效。结果治疗组在临床疗效及肠镜Baron评分等方面均优于对照组,治疗组的临床总有效率明显高于对照组。结论柳氮磺吡啶栓治疗溃疡性直肠炎的临床疗效较好,可以很好的改善患者的临床症状,控制疾病的复发。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of sulfasalazine suppository in the treatment of ulcerative proctitis. Methods Patients with ulcerative proctitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was given treatment with sulfasalazine suppositories, the control group was treated with sulfasalazine tablets, contrast the clinical curative effect. Results The treatment group was better than in the clinical efficacy of endoscopic Baron score, the control group, clinical treatment group, the total efficiency was higher than that in control group. Conclusion Better clinical effect of sulfasalazine suppository in the treatment of ulcerative proctitis, can well improve the clinical symptoms in patients with, control the disease recurrence.
