液晶电视、显示器用光电耦合器测试要求解析

摘　　要：随着GB8898—2011和GB4943.1—2011标准分别于2012年11月1日和12月1日正式实施,音视频设备和信息技术设备的认证和检测发生了巨大的变化。作为电子信息类产品最重要的两个产业,这两类产品在产品设计研发、产品安全性检测等方面的规范和要求渐趋统一,但也保留了一些差异。针对两类产品所使用的初次级隔离带上的光电耦合器在新版标准中的要求进行了分析,详细介绍了两类产品对所使用的光电耦合器的认证检测要求的相同点和不同点,对光电耦合器设计研发的安全性要求给出了明确的方向。National standards GB8898--2011 and GB4943.1--2011 were formally implemented on November 1 and December 1, 2012. It has obviously changed in the fields of certification ＆ testing for audio ＆ video equipments and information technology equipments. As the two most important industries of the electronic information products, the specifications and requirements for the safety testing of the two types of products are unified gradually, but some special requirements are not the same yet till now. In this paper, the requirements in new version standards for photoelectric couplers fitted on insulation between primary circuits and secondary circuits are analyzed. The same requirements and the differences between photoelectric couplers used in the two products are introduced, clear direction of the safety requirements for photoelectric couplers research and development are raised too.
