摘　　要：虚拟社会已成为与现实社会对等存在、紧密联系的社会形态。文章从理念意识、管理方式与机制、法律建设等方面剖析虚拟社会的管理现状,并基于网络群体事件视角探讨改善虚拟社会管理的对策。Virtual community has become one of the social forms peer-existing and closely associated with the realistic society. This paper analyzes the situation of virtual community administration in the view of awareness, management approach and mechanism, construction of the law, and explores its more appropriate measures based on Internet mass events.
