铸造金属桩在上颌前牙唇倾畸形修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨铸造金属桩烤瓷冠修复上颌前牙唇倾畸形的临床效果。方法:对20例因上颌前牙唇倾影响美观且不愿接受正畸治疗的患者,共62颗患牙进行常规根管治疗,铸造金属桩改向后烤瓷冠修复。结果:随访2～3.5年,1例患者(3颗患牙)失访,其余患者中有2颗患牙发生根折,1颗患牙发生冠脱落,2颗患牙发生牙龈变色。结论:对于不愿接受正畸治疗的上颌前牙唇倾患者,铸造桩改向修复是一种有效的治疗方法。Objective ：To explore the clinical effects of cast metal post with porcelain-fused-to -metal（PFM） crown in the restoration of maxillary anterior teeth lip deformity. Methods： Twenty patients with maxillary anterior teeth （ 62 teeth） lip deformity, who was unwilling to accept orthodontic treatment were treated with conventional root canal therapy and PFM crown restoration after cast metal post redirection. Results： Except for 1 case was lost to follow-up, other patients were followed up for 2 to 3.5 years. The root fracture in 2 teeth, crown fall off in 1 tooth and gingival edge discoloration in 2 teeth were found. Conclusions ： PFM crown restoration after cast metal post redirection is an effective treatment for patients with maxillary anterior teeth lip deformity unwilling to accept orthodontic treatment.
