影响口腔正畸患者依从性的原因分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨影响口腔正畸依从性的相关因素。方法:对已经结束正畸治疗的400例患者结合问卷调查及临床病历记录进行评估,其中儿童组52例,青少年组253例,成人组95例。结果:儿童组、青少年组、成年组问卷调查结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);3组患者在临床病例量化依从性差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),青少年组明显低于成年组(P<0.01)。结论:良好的医患关系能改善依从性。必要的干预也能提高口腔正畸患者的依从性。Objective：To investigate the related factors of influencing orthodontic compliance. Methods：Four hundred patients with orthodontic treatment were surveyed by questionnaire, and their clinical data were analyzed. Among them there are 52 children, 25 teenages, 95 adults. Results：The results of questionnaire investigation of children, senior and teenager group were not statistical significance（P 〉 O. 05 ）. The difference of clinical case compliance of three group was statistical significance （ P 〈 0.01 ）, the chnical case compliance of teenager group was lower than that of senior group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions： Good doctor patient relationships and necessary intervention can improve the compliance of orthodontic patients.
