摘　　要：目的:总结超声在胎儿胆囊结石中的诊断价值。方法:对我院21 020例孕妇行产前常规超声检查,对胎儿胆囊结石15例进行总结分析。结果:胎儿胆囊内强回声呈颗粒状、团块状、条带状,偶有后方回声增强。12例于出生2周后消失,3例于出生半年后消失。结论:超声可明确诊断胎儿胆囊内强回声,对疑似胎儿胆囊结石的确诊有重要价值。Objective： To investigate the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of gallstone in fetus. Methods ： Twenty-one thousand and twenty pregnant women were prenatally examined by ultrasound, the data of gallstone in 15 fetuses were analysed. Results： Among 15 fetuses, the gestational age of 11 cases ,2 cases and 2 cases were closed to, more than and less than normal, respectively. The granular, lumpy and handed strong echo in fetal gallbladder and few posterior echo enhancement were found,which disappeared in 12 cases in 2 weeks and 3 cases in 6 months after birth. Conclusions： Uhrasound can show the strong echo of fetal gallbladder, which has an important value in the diagnosis of fetal gallstone.
