摘　　要：目的测定胃癌患者血清中Galectin-3蛋白的水平并探讨其临床意义。方法采用EL1SA法检测60例胃癌患者和40例健康体检者血清中的Galectin-3蛋白、CA199和CEA水平,比较Galectin-3蛋白水平在60例胃癌患者手术前血清中和40例健康体检者血清中的变化。通过对60例胃癌患者术前Galectin-3水平与40例健康体检者血清中的Galectin-3水平进行比较,分析Galectin-3的表达与肿瘤临床特征的关系,比较Galectin-3、CA199和CEA在胃癌诊断中的价值。结果正常组中Galectin-3浓度显著小于肿瘤组(P<0.01)。肿瘤组血清中Galectin-3蛋白表达与胃癌患者年龄及病理分期均呈正相关(P<0.05),Ga-lectin-3、CA199和CEA三个指标联合检测胃癌效果最佳。结论 Galectin-3蛋白可能成为诊断胃癌有价值的肿瘤指标。Objective To study the level of protein galectin-3 in serum and its clinical significance for gastric cancer patients. Methods Galectin-3 testing was based on ELISA, measuring the levels of the protein galectin-3 in serum among 60 patients with stomach cancer and 40 normal testees involved in physical checkup to identify the changes in the protein Galectin-3 levels of pre-surgery patients with gastric cancer, and furthermore Galectin-3, CA199 and CEA were compared to assess its clinical value in diagnosis of gastric cancer. Re- suits The density of Galectin-3 of the normal group was remarkably lower than that of the group diagnosed with stomach cancer （P 〈 O, O1 ）. That the interpretation of the protein Galectin-3 level in serum of the group diagnosed with tumour was closely associated with the ages and pathologic stages ~1＇ the stomach cancer patients （P 〈 0.05 ）and the diagnosis sensitivity was greatly improved by comprehensive evaluation of Glaectin-3, c^Igq and CEA. Conclusion Galectin-3 might become a valuable tumor marker to diagnose gastric cancer.
