摘 要:在乡镇企业中 ,风机、泵类、车床等生产设备陈旧、生产管理不善及大马拉小车等现象 ,是造成农村电网峰谷负荷差及无功损耗加大的主要原因 ,严重地影响着农电企业的经济效益及农村乡镇企业经济的发展。为此 ,提出了对乡镇企业电机实施变频调速技术 ,并从电力需求侧管理 (DSM)角度 ,对其成本和效益进行了分析 ,得出肯定的结论。最后 ,对实施该项 DSM措施的资金来源问题作了简要说明。In the enterprises managed by towns and villages of China, the load difference of rural power network between peak load period and load off period are increasing, its main reason is adopting outmoded equipments, e.g., the pumps, lathes and fans, driving low power equipments by motors with much higher capacity and bad management of production. These phenomena seriously affect the development of those enterprises and the economic effect of rural power supply bureau.Therefore, in this paper a suggestion on applying variable frequency control technique to electric motors in those enterprises is proposed, the cost and benefit of pushing this suggestion are analyzed in the viewpoint of demand side management (DSM) and a definite conclusion is obtained.The source of fund for this purpose is briefly pointed out.
