摘　　要：近年来,除氯氮平外的其他第二代抗精神病药被认为是治疗精神病患者的第一线药物,但这些药物未能持续的显示出在疗效方面的优越性。本文从总体结果、精神病症状和副作用三大方面综述国内外相关的研究进展,用于了解第二代抗精神病药物的有效性,进而为抗精神病药的使用提供基础依据。In recent years, most second generation antipsychotics other than Clozapine are considered first line drugs for a patient suffering from psychosis. But it fails to consistently demonstrate superiority for any of these drugs on effi- cacy measures. This paper summarizes related research progress from global outcomes, symptoms of disease, side ef- fects, with a view to realize effectiveness of second generation antipsychotics, to provide the basis for the use of an- tipsychotics.
