鼠神经生长因子穴位注射治疗儿童脑瘫伴言语障碍62例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨鼠神经生长因子(mNGF)穴位注射结合言语训练治疗儿童脑瘫伴言语障碍的临床疗效。方法将123例言语障碍的患儿随机分为治疗组62例、对照组61例,2组在采用相同运动和言语训练的治疗基础上,对照组使用维生素B6穴位注射,治疗组使用mNGF 18μg(≥9000AU,1支),隔日1次,每次4～6个穴位,14次为1个疗程,停药7 d后进行下一个疗程,连续治疗6个疗程。结果治疗后2组患儿言语功能均改善,治疗组优于对照组,差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。结论 mNGF穴位注射结合言语训练能更好地提高儿童脑瘫伴言语障碍的疗效。Objective To investigate the effect of mouse nerve growth factor （mNGF） acupoint injection com- bined with speech training in treating cerebral palsy in children with speech disorders. Methods In 123 children with speech disorders, 62 were randomized into treatment group, 61 into control group. 2 groups got the same move- ment and speech training. Control group used vitamin B6 acupoint injection. Treatment group used mNGF 18 tx g { I〉 9000 AU） , 1 every 2 days, 4 to 6 points each time, 14 times a course. 7 days after completion of a course, next course began, with a total of 6 courses. Results After the treatment, speech function of 2 groups was im- proved, with treatment group superior to the control group, the difference being statistically significant（ P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion mNGF acupoint injection combined with speech training can improve the cerebral palsy children with speech disorders
