不同肠道准备方法对腹腔镜结直肠癌手术效果的影响

摘　　要：目的观察不同肠道准备方法对腹腔镜结直肠癌手术效果的影响。方法将61例接受腹腔镜结直肠癌手术患者随机分为观察组32例与对照组29例。观察组术前肠道准备给予口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散,对照组术前肠道准备给予口服甘露醇,对比两组患者回肠末端至直肠上段的肠管直径、肠道清洁程度等指标。结果复方聚乙二醇电解质散组患者回肠末端至直肠上段的肠管直径均明显小于甘露醇组,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);肠道清洁程度两组对比无差异(P>0.05)。结论对于腹腔镜结直肠癌手术患者,用复方聚乙二醇电解质散作为术前肠道准备优于使用甘露醇,它使患者肠内积气减少,便于术野的暴露,有利于手术的顺利进行,减少并发症的发生,能更快促进患者术后恢复。Objective To observe the effect of different bowel preparation on laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer. Methods Sixty-one cases of laparoscopic surgery patients with colorectal cancer were randomLy divided into ob- servation group （32 cases） and control group （29 cases）. The observation group were treated with oral complex polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder for bowel preparation pre-operation, the control group were treated with oral mannite.Compared the clinical effect of the two groups,such as intestinal canal diameter between distal ileum and rectum upside, intestinal cleanliness, etc. Results The intestinal canal diameter between distal ileum and rectum up- side of the observation group were significantly less than that of the control group （P 〈 0.01）;there was no significant difference of intestinal cleanliness between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Complex polyethylene glycol elec- trolyte powder is superior than mannitol for bowel preparation on laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer.h can re- duce intestinal pneumatosis, facilitate the exposure of the operative field,reduce complications,benefit the conduct of operation and promote the recovery of patients.
