摘　　要：目的探讨人文关怀在行动态小切口非超声乳化白内障术患者术前焦虑中的应用。方法将2012年1～11月我院门诊收治的白内障患者60例分为研究组和对照组,对照组采用白内障常规护理,研究组采用人文关怀护理,并采用SAS评分进行评定。结果研究组和对照组护理前及护理后SAS评分比较,差异均有统计学意义。结论人文关怀护理干预可有效地减轻老年白内障患者术前的焦虑情绪,有助于提高患者应对手术的能力,值得推广。Objective To investigate the application of humanity care in preoperative anxiety of the patients with dy- namic small-incision on non-phacoemucification cataract extraction. Methods From January to November in 2012, 60 cases of outpatients with cataract were divided into study group and control group. Cataract care routine care was used in the control group, and based on the control group, the study group was used humanity care, The patients admitted to hospital at the same day, half an hour before surgery were used to assess anxiety by Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS）. Results The study group and the control group before and after nursing care, the difference was statistically significant on SAS score. Study group and the control group before and after care score, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Humanity care intervention can effectively reduce senile cataract patients with preoperative anxiety, and help improve the ability of patients to respond to surgery, worthy of popularization.
