摘 要:目的探讨老年性痴呆患者实施认知训练的临床效果,并为制定科学、合理的临床方案提供实践性参考。方法选取我院于2009年5月~2012年11月收治的64例老年性痴呆患者,在常规护理和治疗的基础上实施认知训练,采取自身前后对照的科研设计。结果①患者在训练后的总积极因素得分高于训练前得分(P<0.05);②患者在训练后的总消极因素得分低于训练前得分(P<0.05);③患者在训练后的病情总估计得分高于训练前得分(P<0.05)。结论对老年性痴呆患者实施认知训练,能提高其社会功能及改善心理状况,促进病情预后,取得较佳的临床效果。Objective To explore the clinical effect of cognitive training in elderly patients with dementia, and to provide practical experience for clinical decision-making. Methods In our hospital from May 2009 to November 2012, 64 cases of elderly patients with dementia received cognitive training, took the scientific self-control research design. Results (!)After receiving cognitive training, patients in the scores of total positive factors were higher than that before training (P 〈 0.05); ~)After receiving cognitive training, patients in the scores of total negative factors were lower than that before training (P 〈 0.05); (~)After receiving cognitive training, patients in the condition of total estimated score were higher than before training (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Cognitive training in patients with Alzheimer's disease, can improve their social function and improve psychological status.
