三种方法治疗浅型楔状缺损所致牙本质过敏症临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的比较含NovaMin颗粒牙膏、iBOND自酸蚀黏接剂和氟化钠甘油等三种非充填方法治疗由浅型楔状缺损引起的牙本质过敏症的临床疗效。方法选择浅型楔状缺损引起的牙本质过敏症的患者131例共508颗牙,患者随机分为NovaMin颗粒牙膏组(A组,43例171颗牙)、iBOND自酸蚀黏接剂组(B组,43例163颗牙)、氟化钠甘油组(C组,45例174颗牙)。3组分别采用含NovaMin颗粒牙膏、iBOND自酸蚀黏接剂和氟化钠甘油治疗,观察并比较3种方法的临床疗效。结果治疗后各组即刻、4周和12周的总有效率分别为,A组91.8%、88.3%和80.1%,B组93.8%、87.8%和78.7%,C组69.5%、62.6%和59.7%。A、B组在各时点的总有效率均高于C组(P<0.05),A、B组间有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论含NovaMin颗粒牙膏和iBOND自酸蚀黏接剂治疗因浅型楔状缺损所引起的牙本质过敏症,短期效果显著。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy on the treatment of dentin hypersensitivity caused by wedge-shaped defects through using toothpaste containing NovaMin particles, iBOND Self Etch adhe-sive and sodium fluoride glycerin. Methods According to screening criteria, 136 patients were included in this research. During the treatment period five of them are lost to follow. The final 131patients included 61 male, 70 female and totally 508 teeth. The patients were randomly divided into three groups, among which No-vaMin groupincludes 43 patients and 171 teeth, iBOND Self Etch group includes 43 patients and 163 teeth, and sodium fluoride group includes 45 patients and 174 teeth. Three groups respectively used toothpaste contai-ning NovaMin particles, iBOND Self Etch adhesive and sodium fluoride glycerin to treat dentin hypersensitivi-ty, and clinical efficacy was observe. Results The immediate efficiency and that after 4 weeks and 12 weeks of NovaMin group were 91.8% , 88.3% and 80. 1% , respectively. The immediate efficiency and that after 4 weeks and 12 weeks of iBOND Self Etc grouply were 93.8% , 87.8 % and 78.7% , respectively. The immedi-ate efficiency and that after 4 weeks after and 12 weeks of sodium fluoride group were 69.5% , 62. 6% and 59. 7% , respectively. The efficiency of NovaMin group and iBOND Self Etc group was higher than that of sodi-um fluoride group, with statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. No statistical significance was identified between NovaMin group and iBOND Self Etc. Conclusions It is simple to treat dentin hypersensitivity caused by wedge-shaped defects through using toothpaste containing NovaMin particles and iBOND Self Etch adhesive, and the short-term effect is significant.
