摘　　要：目的 探讨HIF-1α、BRAF、S100A6在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达及其临床意义.方法 免疫组化法检测HIF-1α、BRAF、S100A6在甲状腺乳头状癌、癌旁正常组织及甲状腺腺瘤中的表达情况,并对临床病理特征及其相关性进行对比分析.结果 HIF-1α、BRAF、S100A6在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中的表达均明显高于正常甲状腺及甲状腺腺瘤组织,与甲状腺乳头状癌患者的年龄、性别、分期无关,与淋巴结转移之间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 HIF-1α、BRAF、S100A6在甲状腺乳头状癌中高表达,与淋巴结转移呈正相关,可作为甲状腺乳头状癌重要的生物学参考指标,联合检测对甲状腺乳头状癌的诊断、鉴别诊断及预后判断具有重要意义.Objective To explore the expression and significance of HIF-1α, BRAF and S100A6 in papillary thyroid carcinoma. Methods The expression of HIF-lα,BRAF and S100A6 in papillary thy-roid carcinoma, normal thyroid tissues and thyroid adenoma were detected with immunohistochemical meth-ods. The clinical pathological features and their correlation were compared and analyzed. Results The ex-pression of HIF-1α, BRAF and S100A6 in papillary thyroid carcinoma were significantly higher than that in iormal thyroid tissues and thyroid adenoma. The strong positive expression in papillary thyroid carcinoma was related with lymph node metastasis（ P 〈 0.05 ）while it was unrelated with age, sex and tumor stage. Conclusion The expression level of HIF-la,BRAF and S100A6 is high in papillary thyroid carcinoma, which is also positively related with lymph node metastasis. It can be considered as an important biological indicator for papillary thyroid carcinoma. Their combined detection is significant for the diagnosis, differen- tial diagnosis and prognosis in thyroid papillary carcinoma.
