摘　　要：目的探索半胱氨酰白三烯受体1(CysLT1)在脑胶质瘤中的表达特点及其与胶质瘤病理级别的相互关系。方法采用免疫组化技术检测CysLT1受体在48例脑胶质瘤中的表达。结果 CysLT1受体在星形胶质细胞瘤和神经节胶质细胞瘤中均有诱导表达,表达强度(免疫活性指数)随着肿瘤恶性程度的升高而升高。结论 CysLT1受体在脑胶质瘤中诱导表达增强,并且表达强度(免疫活性指数)与肿瘤的恶性程度呈正相关。Objective To examine the relationship between the expression of CysLT receptors and malignant progression of glioblastoma. Methods Tissues were performed to detect the expression of CysLT1 with immunohistological technology. The index of immunological activity of these samples was accounted by semiquantitative scoring methods, and statistical analyzed with SPSS16. 0. Results CysLT1 immunostaining was intense in the microvascular endothelial cells but weak in other cells in normal brain tissue. CysLT1 was robustly induced in astrocytoma and glioeytoma cells, increased in the microvascular endo-thelial cells, and also express in the neuron-and glial-appearing cells around the tumor. The index of immunological activity is depend on the malignant progression. Conclusions CysLT1 is robustly induced in the glioma, and the index of immunological activity is depend on the malignant progress. CysLT1 is different in the expression location and intension in the glioma.
