摘  要:针对超低浓度瓦斯利用的不足问题,设计一种燃烧室,用ANSYS中CFX软件对所设计燃烧室进行建模,数值模拟燃烧室内燃烧流场,并对燃烧特性进行详细分析。模拟结果表明:超低浓度瓦斯可以作为微型燃气轮机掺燃气体,且在燃烧室能够稳定燃烧,在保证燃机效率的情况下,燃烧效率额定工况达到90%以上。燃烧室燃气出口温度分布较均匀,满足出口温度分布均匀性能指数低于20%的要求。Aiming at the shortcomings of the difficulty in uhra-low gas using, we design a kind of combustion chamber and build a model for the designed combustion chamber with CFX of ANSYS. Chamber combustion flow field of the combustion is numerically simulated and the combustion characteristics are analyzed in detail.33ae simulation results demonstrates that: low concentration gas can be used as a micro gas turbine when mixed with flammable gas, and it also holds an stable combustion, the efficiency of the combustion can reach over 90%, under the condition of assuring the combustion efficiency of gas turbine. The temperatures of the tempertures of the gas exports of the combustion chamber are well-distributed and it can suffice the requirement of the performance index being under 20%.
