护理干预对外阴癌广泛切除术后外阴重建术患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨护理干预对提高外阴癌广泛切除术后外阴重建术患者生活质量的影响。方法:42例外阴癌广泛切除术后外阴重建术患者分为干预组和对照组两组。干预组进行心理护理、康复指导和性生活指导等;对照组按常规护理方法进行护理。调查两组患者术后并发症和术后性生活情况。结果:实施护理干预后,患者切口感染、切口愈合不良、阴道口狭窄以及平均住院时间等情况明显改善,两组相比差异具有显著性(均P<0.01);干预组患者性交疼痛、阴道干涩发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:本手术创伤面较大,术后卧床时间长,易发生术后伤口感染等并发症。恰当的护理干预可以减少数后并发症,改善术后性生活,促进患者良好恢复。Objective： To study the effects of nursing intervention on the quality of vulvar form reconstruction in extended radical vulvectomy of vulvar carcinoma. Methods： Forty-two hysterectomzied patients were randomly assigned to a control group （n=21） and an observation group （n=21）. Regular nursing care was given in control group. The patients in the observation group were given a number of targeted cares on the basis of regular cares. Such as Psychological nursing, rehabilitation guidance and sex guidance. Investigate postoperative complications and postoperative sexual life situation. Results： Implementation nursing intervention, the patient has a marked improvement in wound infection, wound healing, vaginal stenosis and the average length of stay in hospital （P〈0.01）. Patients with pain during intercourse, vaginal dryness are reduced （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： The operation is extensive and aggressive, and the hospitalization time is usually very long. The patients are prone to some complications such as cut infection. Appropriate nursing interventions can reduce the number of complications, improved postoperative sexual life, and promote good recovery.
