腹腔镜直肠癌根治术围手术期的护理研究

摘　　要：目的:研究腹腔镜直肠癌根治术围手术期的护理。方法:本组研究的对象为我院2009年12月-2012年12月期间共收治的420例结肠癌患者,并随机将所有的患者分为两组,腹腔镜手术组与传统开腹手术组,每组分别由210例直肠癌患者组成,将两组患者的各项临床护理指标进行详细的观察与分析。结果:腹腔镜手术组与传统开腹手术组患者在手术之前的ASA评分、Dukes分期以及手术时间等方面均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。然而,腹腔镜手术组患者无论在肛门排气时间、下床活动时间,还是住院时间等方面均少于传统开腹手术组患者(P<0.05,),且术中的出血量以及术后的并发症也明显少于传统开腹手术组患者(P<0.05)。结论:对于直肠癌患者而言,进行腹腔镜手术治疗具有术后恢复快,住院时问短,并发症少等临床优点。而加强患者的围手术期心理护理,则保障临床治疗效果,促进患者康复的重要手段,值得推广与应用。Objective： To investigate the laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer peri-operation nursing.Methods： 420 cases of colon cancer patients were chosen as the research object during December 2009 and December 2012,and all patients were randomly divided into two groups,group of laparoscopic operation and traditional open operation group,and each group consisted of 210 cases of rectal cancer patients.Various clinical nursing index detailed in two group was detected.Results： The ASA score before the operation,Dukes staging and operation time and other aspects in the laparoscopic operation and traditional open operation group were not statistically significant（P0.05）.In addition,anal exhaust time,ambulation,or length of time and other aspects in the laparoscopic operation patients are less than that in the traditional open operation group of patients（P0.05）,and intraoperative blood loss and postoperative complications were much less than that in the traditional open operation group（P0.05）.Conclusion： The patients with rectal cancer,perform the treatment of laparoscopic operation with a faster postoperative recovery,shorter hospitalization time,fewer complications and clinical advantages.To strengthen the patients during peri-operation period of psychological care,to ensure clinical therapeutic effect,and to promote the recovery of the patients important method,is worthy of promotion and application of.
