摘  要:采用ABAQUS软件建立温等静压成形成套设备的Y形密封结构(橡胶圈和金属环)二维轴对称模型,模拟Y形密封结构的装配、加温以及加压等工况;考虑密封结构材料参数随温度变化的情况下,对密封结构在各工况下的热结构耦合进行计算,得到Y形密封结构温度场和应力场的分布规律,并进行试验验证。分析和试验结果均表明Y形密封结构能实现高温超高压下的密封。该Y形密封结构已用于温等静压成形成套设备的研制。Two-dimensional axisymmetric model of Y-shape seal structure using in isothermal and isostatic pressing molding equipment was built by ABAQUS to simulate the assembling, heating, pressurizing and some other working conditions of Y-shape airproof structure. Heat-structure coupling calculations of this sealing structure were implemented when considering the variation of the material parameters of seal structure with temperature, the distribution of temperature and stress fields of Y-shape seal structure was obtained and simulation and tests show that the Y-shape seal structure can pressure. This Y-shape seal structure has been used in the equipment. these results were validated by the tests. The results of realize the seal of high temperature and exceeding high developing of isothermal and isostatic pressing molding
