摘 要:液相法制备了亚铜掺杂的碘化亚锡基层状类钙钛矿结构杂合物(C6H5C2H4NH3)2CuxSn1-xI4-x(其中x为掺杂量)粉料,并用旋涂法制备了其薄膜。用原子吸收光谱法研究发现,亚铜实际掺杂量与投料量有较大差异。杂合物的X射线谱(XRD)、扫描电镜图像(SEM)表明,所得杂合物具有层状结构。紫外-可见谱测得了不同掺杂量时杂合物的带隙,霍尔效应测试测定了杂合物薄膜的载流子浓度和迁移率。结果表明,随着亚铜掺杂量的增加,杂合物的带隙基本不变,但杂合物中载流子密度增加,而迁移率则下降。The cuprous doped layered perovskite-type organic-inorganic hybrids based on tin diiodide(C6H5C2H4NH3)2CuxSn1-xI4-x(where x was the doping amount) were synthesized by reaction in solution.The corresponding thin films were prepared by spin-coating.The results of the atomic absorption spectrometry of the hybrids show that the real doping amounts of cuprous are different from the inventory rating.The X-ray diffraction(XRD) patterns and the scanning electronic microscopy(SEM) of the hybrids demonstrate that the hybrids are typically layered structure.The band gaps of the hybrids with different doping amounts are collected by the ultra-violet absorption spectroscopy.The carrier concentration and the mobility of the hybrids with different doping amounts are measured by Hall effect measurement system.The results demonstrate that the band gaps remain the same on the whole.However,the carrier concentration increases while the mobility decreases when the doping amount increases.
