摘  要:基于三维公差分析软件3DCS对某发动机各附件带轮进行了装配偏差仿真分析。结果表明,该发动机各附件带轮相互切线与理想平面夹角公差均不能满足设定目标要求。依据分析结果对超差率较大的零部件尺寸及公差进行了修正,修正后各附件带轮的总超差率明显减小,满足公差要求,解决了该发动机前端轮系装配偏差造成发动机噪声大的问题。Assembling deviation simulation analysis was made to accessory belt pulleys of an engine based on 3D tolerance analysis software 3DCS.The analysis shows that neither tolerance of the intersection between tangents of accessory belt pulleys nor desirable surfaces can satisfy set target requirement.According to this analysis,components with high deviation of dimensions and tolerance are corrected.The corrected engine accessory belt pulleys are reduced obviously,satisfying the tolerance requirement,solving the problems of excessive noise of engine caused by engine front wheel system assembling deviation.
