摘 要:新农村建设对农村教育布局调整政策的提出和实施具有重要的意义。新农村建设的核心指向人的现代化,体现在作为人力资本生产能力的现代化、作为社会主体精神文明的现代化和作为政治主体公民意识的现代化三个维度,人的现代化要求教育结构形态的社会化。合村并居作为新农村建设中新型的农村布局形式,对农村教育布局调整具有直接的推动作用。在农村教育布局调整过程中,当地政府和教育行政部门应该充分考虑农村教育对于整个农村社会的政治、文化等方面的意义,只有这样才有可能发挥农村教育对于内外环境的各种功能,让农村学校真正成为农村社区的文化中心。The construction of new countryside has been endowed with profound significance on the proposition and implementation of the policy of adjusting the layout of rural education in China. The core of the construction of rural education is human's modernization, which is embodied by the three-dimension modernization as the productive capacity of human capital, spiritual civilization of social subject and civic consciousness of political subject. However, human's modernization requires the modernization of educational structure form. The village combination, as a new form of village structure in the construction of new countryside, will play a direct role in promoting the adjustment of rural education layout. In the process of the adjustment of rural education layout, the local government and department of education administration should take full account of the significance of rural education for the entire rural community on politics, culture and the others. Only in this way will it be possible to play various functions of rural education in internal and external environment, and make rural schools become the true cultural center of rural communities.
