中国环颈雉屠宰性能和肌内脂肪含量及A-FABP基因表达的研究

摘　　要：为研究中国环颈雉的屠宰性能、肌内脂肪含量及A-FABP基因mRNA表达情况,对240只成年中国环颈雉(公母各半)进行屠宰。结果表明:公、母雉屠宰率分别为90.28%、88.23%,公雉活重、屠宰率和腿肌率显著高于母雉,差异显著(P<0.05);肌内脂肪含量公雉低于母雉,但差异不显著(P>0.05);A-FABP基因表达存在组织和性别的差异。In order＂ to study slaughter performance,intramuscular fat （IMF）content and A-FABP gene mRNA expression of Chinese ring-necked pheasant,240 adult Chinese ring-necked pheasants （120 female and 120 male）were selected. The results showed that the male and female slaughter rate was 90.28% and 88.23%,respectively. Ihere were significant differences in body weight,slaughter rate and leg muscle rate of male and female pheasant （P〈0.05）,and there was no significant difference in IMF content （P〉0.05）,and A-FABP gene expression was different in tissues and genders of chinese ring-necked ,heasants.
