摘　　要：蚶类经济价值较大、分布最广、数量最多的有魁蚶、毛蚶及泥蚶等。通过介绍蚶类药理、营养及食疗功能,并简述蚶类的加工利用,旨在为提高蚶类的经济价值提供参考。Scapharca broughtonii, Scapharca subcrenata and Tegillaren granosa are of bigger economic value, widest distribution and the most amount in ark shell. The study introduces the pharmacology, nutrition, dietetic therapy and processing utilization of ark shell in order to provide references for the increase of economic value of ark shell.
