摘　　要：直立加嘴袋的加工分制袋和焊装嘴两大环节，各环节均有较高的工艺要求，若掌握不好，很容易产生破袋、渗漏等质量问题。要生产高质量的直立袋，就要特别注意打孔、放袋底、底部热封等环节，尤其是直立袋四层与两层的结合部位极易发生破袋。另外，直立加嘴袋要求有较好的开口性能，否则吸盘不易拉口装嘴：袋子表面的摩擦系数要小，制袋时要消除表面静电，防止袋与袋之间发生吸附，不利于装嘴封口机取袋。Vertical spout bag manufacturing includes bag making and install mouth, both of them have high requirement. It would be easy to cause the bag torn, bag leak and other problems if the operation is not rigorous. In order to produce the high quality vertical bag, we need to pay more attention to the process like punching, set bottom of the bag and bottom heat sealing. Because the adhesion portion between the four-layer and two-layer of the vertical bag is very easy to be torn. In addition, vertical spout need to open the mouth easily, or it would be difficult to pull and install the mouth. In order to prevent adsorption oc- curs between the bag and the bag which is not conducive to take the bag from the mouth install sealing machine, there are some other requirements during the process, like the bag surface friction coefficient need to be small, eliminate the surface electrostatic.
