摘　　要：目的研究E2F-1在结直肠癌中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学技术检测35例原发性结直肠癌标本中E2F-1的表达情况,并统计分析其阳性率与临床病理特征的相关性;采用蛋白印迹技术比较结直肠癌组织与癌旁正常组织间E2F-1表达量的差异。结果 35对结直肠癌及癌旁对照组织标本中,E2F-1阳性率分别为60.0%和5.7%,肿瘤组中E2F-1的表达明显高于癌旁对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。E2F-1在肿瘤组织中的表达情况与患者年龄、性别、分化程度及部位等因素无相关性,与淋巴结转移及TNM分期均显著相关(P<0.05)。肿瘤组中E2F-1的蛋白表达量高于癌旁对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结直肠癌组织中表达E2F-1的细胞数目及其表达量均显著增加,E2F-1与结直肠癌临床病理特征相关。Objective To explore the expression of E2F-1 logic characteristic and some pathological factors in clinic. 35 primary colorectal cancer tissue specimens and adjacent in colorectal cancer, and its relationship of bio Methods We detected the expressions of E2F 1in normal colorectal tissue by immunohistochemis-try method, furthermore analyzed the relationship between the expression and patho ic. Western blot was performed to compare with the expression levels of E2F-1 in co ogical factors in clin- orectal cancer tissues and adjacent normal organizations. Results The positive rates of E2F-1 in the carcinoma （60.0%） was sig-nificantly higher than those in adjacent control tissue specimens（5.7%） （ P 〈0.05）. The expression of E2F-1 in tumor tissue was positively related to lymph node metastasis and TNM stage （ P〈%0.05）, but no significant relationship with age, gender, the degree of differentiation and location factors. Western blot a-nalysis revealed that the expression levels of E2F-1 in tumor was higher than in adjacent control group （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The expressions of E2F-1 are significantly increased in both the number of cells and the protein content in colorectal cancer tissues, E2F-1 is closely correlated to some pathological features of colorectal carcinoma.
